With our sommelier’s brief to maintain Britain’s best wine list, the extensive cellars at The Greenhouse include over 3,000 labels. It is spectacular in depth and quality and has won the Wine Spectator Grand award every year since 2005, an accolade shared by only three other restaurants in the world.

Working with the culinary team, Marc selects and matches wines to compliment each menu item and enjoys adapting these choices to suit individual taste preferences of guests. The sommelier is always on hand to share his expertise and guide guests through a wine list that runs to over 90 pages.
