His philosophy combines his traditional French training with contemporary techniques. It is based around finding perfect harmony and balance in all his dishes, often playing with fresh and original flavour combinations and their presentation is always stylish and contemporary.

Adept at reading a table and adapting service accordingly, Arnaud ensures every dining experience is unique. Originally from France, he brings gravitas and passion alongside his expertise as a host.

Sharing a devotion to wine, Marc Piquet brings a wealth of experience from his time in Paris and London. He leads a team of extremely knowledgeable sommeliers who enjoy sharing their passion for wine with diners to find the perfect complement to their menu.
